LARGE FORMATS STILL IN STYLE

The trend continues toward larger and thinner ceramic tiles, suitable for both floors and walls.

For a minimalist look, go for solid colors and soft textures. If you prefer a more sophisticated aesthetic, natural stone is available in a variety of materials—from the classic Carrara marble to travertine, and even onyx.

For a unique, industrial feel, opt for porcelain tiles that perfectly replicate a metallic and oxidized look, with subtle rusty, aged effects.

And for those looking to be bold and original, wallpaper-look ceramics offer a daring, creative option for standout design.

TRENDS: THE COMEBACK OF SMALL FORMATS

Small-format tiles are making their way back into our interiors!

They appear in:

  • Vintage-inspired colors and materials evoking the charm of the past
  • Artisanal or handmade-look finishes
  • Modern geometric patterns

TERRAZZO GETS A MAKEOVER

This traditional material, reminiscent of Venetian flooring, has been reimagined with vibrant new colors.

Today, terrazzo’s signature speckled effect can be customized with different hues, particle sizes, and finishes. Whether in its classic or modernized form, one thing is clear: terrazzo is here to add personality to any interior!

GREEN TAKES CENTER STAGE

The tile trends of 2018 are marked by a blend of luminous, organic colors—a palette that also extends to sinks and faucet finishes. These tones can be used to create an accent wall or to bring a vibrant touch to any space.

Key colors include blush pink, burgundy, bordeaux, gold, and petrol blue. But the true star this year is green!

In line with the popular “greenery” trend, nature-inspired green tones will dominate—not only in ceramics, but also in plants, which are taking on a more prominent role in our interiors. This “green shift” reflects both our ecological awareness and a growing desire to reconnect with nature by creating environments that foster relaxation and well-being.
